Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end contractor deployment process—from candidate identification through onboarding and overseas mobilization.
  • Monitor staffing needs and project timelines across multiple concurrent assignments.
  • Align efforts across recruiting, operations, and BD teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Work closely with recruiters to prioritize open roles aligned with contract awards and deployment deadlines.
  • Track candidate progress in the ATS/HRIS system to maintain deployment readiness.
  • Evaluate military credentials and security qualifications to match candidates with appropriate project requirements.
  • Oversee all onboarding elements: contracts, NDAs, background checks, and medical clearances.
  • Coordinate logistics for international travel, visas, and accommodations in partnership with operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, client expectations, and international labor regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal departments and external partners regarding deployment progress.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for internal visibility and client reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or operations, ideally in a defense contracting or staffing environment.
  • Background in government service, military, or federal protective roles is required .
  • Deep understanding of military career structures, terminology (e.g., MOS, deployments), and vetting standards.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.
  • Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems, such as Rippling.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • U.S. citizenship required ; active security clearance is a strong plus .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior service or support experience with Special Forces or elite military units.
  • Experience managing deployments for security, defense, or humanitarian projects.
  • Knowledge of international mobilization processes, including visa procurement, travel logistics, and compliance in host countries.
