Rate: $103.55/hour to $109.00/hour (W2)
Company Overview
SMX Services and Consulting, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to oversee technical task
execution and delivery on a federal enterprise application platform. The platform includes
multiple mission-critical modules supporting procurement, leasing, and inspection workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical execution, Agile sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
• Manage risks, schedules, and dependencies across cross-functional teams
• Maintain program documentation, timelines, and performance tracking
• Support change management and release coordination
• Provide updates on milestones, metrics, and resource allocation
Minimum Qualifications
• 7-10 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Jira, or equivalent tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage complex, integrated IT systems
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP or Agile certification
• Prior experience managing government or federal SaaS/DevSecOps programs
• Experience in EQP lifecycle or Uptick platforms (a plus)
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field

• 10+ years of equivalent project leadership experience

• Background investigation (Tier 1 or higher)
• Eligibility for HSPD-12 credentialing
