Project Manager- Plumbing/HVAC
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate field labor for multiple projects
• Coordinate on site activities and materials with foreman
• Coordinate with subcontractor’s schedule & workload
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Coordinate multiple project schedules
• Meet project deadlines and oversee project from start to finish
• Work and develop relationships with general contractors
• Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors & vendors
• Attend weekly owner/subcontractor meetings
• Develop submittal submissions
• Tracking of materials and deliveries
• Develop monthly billings
Qualifications/Experience:
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing & HVAC; Mechanical/Plumbing piping CAD drawing background required.
• Familiar with Industrial, Institutional, Municipal & Commercial Construction
• Having a P-1 & S-1 License is a plus
• Fluent understanding of all safety requirements, project scheduling, submittals, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Project Management Software will be used to record all submittals, contracts, schedule of values, change orders, RFI's & purchase orders.
