Job Description

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Project Manager - SAP Technical Team search in the Cleveland, OH area.

Responsibilities:

• Will oversee SAP enhancement projects and customer experience process improvement initiatives.
• This role will ensure alignment between the Customer Experience team, the SAP technical team, and other stakeholders, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication to drive successful project outcomes.
• Manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, process owners, and project teams to track progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure alignment.
• Monitor project milestones, provide status updates, and facilitate the handoff of completed improvements to operational owners.

Requirements:

• Experience in Project Management, with a focus on SAP Implementation and/or enhancement projects
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Familiarity with customer experience processes or operations is preferred
