Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler IV to provide logistics and scheduling support, managing project schedules for planning, procurement, construction, and maintenance activities. The role ensures enterprise scheduling standards are maintained and provides technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules in compliance with enterprise standards, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Incorporate earned-value data and progress inputs to revise schedules throughout project phases.
• Analyze schedule performance, assess critical path impacts, and communicate risks to Project Managers.
• Develop and manage schedule performance indicators and “what-if” scenarios.
• Provide technical advice on scheduling, planning, and logistics to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and schedule updates to support project completion and decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure timely and accurate schedule management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–10+ years of experience in Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling standards, critical path analysis, earned value management, and resource planning.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Oracle, and MS Office Suite.
