About the Role

The Project Specialist, Field Service will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Regional Field Service Manager by coordinating meetings, resources, equipment and information.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of projects and procedures
  • Review and compile Daily Reports, AHA/PTP, Issue Reports, Work Logs, Time Sheets, Expense Reports, and Invoice preparation for billing.
  • Attending meetings related to Issue Resolution, Project Scheduling, RCA, RMA, FARs and Warranty
  • Interface with technical staff to enter and provide reports for various projects.
  • Time Tracking
  • Issue Tracking
  • Tracking Complete project reporting and track metrics related to project as needed.
  • Review and complete schedule assessments and technician on site requirement.
  • Interface with company ERP Systems to complete tasks related to On-Site project work
  • Project Reporting and Issue Resolution.
  • Procurement of required parts and equipment from the warehouse
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries
  • Process paperwork for materials received
  • Attic stock or Spare parts
  • RMA’s
  • Manage FAR’s
  • Site visit to deliver required paperwork or part
  • Data verification
  • Manpower chart – update to maintain data current
  • Project close out
  • Other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management preferred or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience with construction job site safety procedures.
  • OSHA10, NFPA70E.
  • Ability to complete OSHA30.
  • 4-7 years’ experience

Pay range and compensation package

Location: Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Travel Requirements: Regular basis to project sites and warehouse.
