Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal

Location: Hybrid Remote – Frisco, TX 75034 (WFH: T/TH)

Employment Type: Full-Time! Be a permanent employee from day one.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Salary: $90K+/- BOE + Bonus Opportunities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our internal Legal team. Key areas of focus include lease abstracting, title and survey review, contract administration, and post-close compliance. This role plays a critical part in managing our lease portfolio, optimizing our internal processes and will work cross-functionally with the Asset Management, Originations and Underwriting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct lease abstracting and summarize lease agreements with accuracy and clarity.
• Review and analyze title documents and surveys to support real estate transactions.
• Assist with contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements.
• Support post-closing obligations such as drafting amendments and preparing forms.
• Serve as a go-to resource for the Legal team, providing insights on lease terms, obligations, and contract language.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 5-8+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, with emphasis on lease abstracting, title and survey review, and contract management.
• Paralegal Certification
• Preference for backgrounds in lease administration.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions and commercial lease structures.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Legal, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Management teams.
• Experience with post-close documentation, including drafting amendments, and preparing legal forms (estoppels, tax forms, reviewing leases and obligations).
