Job Description

Turing is looking for candidates with strong experience in real estate brokerage, deal negotiation, and transaction management, particularly at the level expected for licensed brokers overseeing property sales or managing agents.

Role overview:

• In this role, you will work on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your industry knowledge and communication expertise.
• No prior AI experience is required.
• These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field, enhance client communication, and streamline brokerage operations.

What does day-to-day look like:

• Design and solve real-world real estate and negotiation scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured solutions covering valuation, client consultations, and closing processes.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of market trends and buyer-seller dynamics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent, or Brokerage Associate.
• Active real estate license preferred.
• Experience in U.S. real estate markets preferred.
• Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.
