Orange Tree Staffing is seeking a bright and talented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to “Build and Inspire Growth” by providing education-based therapy services to students located in Charleston for the School Year!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students’ behavioral, social, and learning goals.
• Provide direct one-on-one or small-group behavioral support services to improve communication, adaptive skills, social interactions, and classroom participation.
• Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors and skill acquisition to guide ongoing treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to consistently apply behavior strategies across educational settings.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as requested by the supervising BCBA, sharing observations and supporting data collection efforts.
• Follow guidance and feedback from the supervising BCBA, assisting with plan adjustments based on ongoing data and observations.
• Maintain accurate session notes, data records, and required compliance documentation in a timely manner.
• Engage in supervision and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
