Job Description

Pay Range: $40 - $48/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage, assess, and evaluate patients in a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department setting.
  • Collaborate with the patient care team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care according to established policies and procedures.
  • Prioritize and coordinate patient flow to ensure timely and efficient care.
  • Act as a patient advocate, providing clear communication and education to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; Registered Nurse (RN), RN Emergency Department, RN ER, RN Acute Care, BLS, ACLS
  • Licensure: Active RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact).
  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire. ACLS is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Previous RN experience in an Emergency Department or other acute care setting is strongly preferred.
  • Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's in Nursing preferred.
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
