JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Missouri (with preference for candidates residing within 50 miles of the job site) Employment Type: Full-Time - Direct Hire

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)

Shift: 8am-4:30pm

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Foreman with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and exposure to commercial projects.
• The Foreman will oversee daily job site operations, manage crews, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain high-quality workmanship across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, including residential and commercial projects.
• Lead and manage construction crews to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company standards. Perform and oversee tasks such as framing, roofing, siding, and basic carpentry.
• Diagnose and prevent leaks and structural issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding progress and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction; commercial experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally
