Part-Time Store Associate

Addison Bay is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Part-Time Store Associates to join our retail team. As the face of our brand, you’ll help create an elevated shopping experience for every customer, while gaining hands-on experience in retail, customer service, and merchandising with a fast-growing activewear company.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver friendly, personalized customer service and build genuine connections with shoppers.
• Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, and fit to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Support inventory management: restocking, tagging, and assisting with shipments.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Collaborate with your team to meet store goals and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A people person who enjoys engaging with customers and working as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to jump in wherever needed
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfort with physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll provide training!

Details:

• Part-time role based at our Suburban Square Store in Ardmore, PA
• Must be available to work on evenings and weekends or during the weekday
