Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical product offerings and customer needs, ensuring that our solutions effectively meet client requirements. This role involves engaging with clients to conduct product demonstrations, providing technical support during the sales process, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Manage projects from initial engagement through to successful implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing materials that highlight product features.

Experience

• Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role is preferred.
• Strong background in sales techniques with a focus on building relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with project management principles to effectively coordinate tasks and timelines.
• Proficiency in using analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for conveying complex information clearly.
