Position Overview:

As a Physician Recruitment & Sales Intern, you’ll play a key role in outreach, connecting with physicians via phone, text, and email to introduce them to our expanding medical group. You’ll gain hands-on sales experience and insight into the healthcare recruitment process. This is a high-impact internship with the potential for full-time opportunities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach to physicians via calls, emails, and texts
• Build and manage a pipeline of physician leads
• Schedule introductory calls and follow-ups
• Track outreach and report weekly metrics
• Apply sales strategies to engage healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with experienced Recruiters and Business Development team members on strategic projects
