We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial and warehouse construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional with a proven track record of delivering complex projects safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating multiple stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple industrial and warehouse construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls to ensure objectives are met efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Conduct site inspections, enforcing safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, track milestones, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and foster a collaborative, safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in industrial or warehouse construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools to support effective project execution.
