Temporary Talent Acquisition Consultant

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $32–$35/hour

Duration: Temp to hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all stages of the hiring process, from initial intake through to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal teams.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to understand team needs and provide consultative hiring strategies.
• Manage longer hiring cycles with care and precision, tailoring engagement strategies for hard-to-fill or nuanced roles.
• Apply data-driven sourcing techniques and leverage insights into talent trends and market conditions to identify and attract top-tier talent.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Accurately track all recruitment activity using an applicant tracking system; familiarity with Lever is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in full-cycle hiring, particularly for roles requiring strategic and collaborative placement approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently.
• Demonstrated success working with executive or department leaders on hiring strategy and candidate selection.

Based in Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, or Maryland, with the flexibility to attend in-person meetings at the Philadelphia location on a quarterly basis
