About the Role

My client, a notable subcontractor in the Nebraska market specializing in drywall and interior finishes, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from start to finish. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and deep experience in the drywall trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of drywall projects
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Coordinate with general contractors, field teams, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
• Anticipate and address project challenges, maintaining progress and profitability
• Lead and mentor project teams while upholding safety and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
• 7+ years of project management experience within drywall or related construction trades
• Strong understanding of drywall systems, materials, and installation processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and project scheduling tools
