The team at Noah Properties is seeking a full-time Interior Design Project Manager to support and lead new multi-family construction developments in the Chicagoland area.

Job Description

We are looking for someone with upbeat energy who is highly organized, self-motivated, and has a strong eye for design. The role responsibilities will include interior design planning, project management, design rendering and product sourcing. If you have a background in interior design and a desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Create conceptual plan drawings
• Document product selection and project details
• Prepare and execute full field documentation of space planning
• Stage model units with furniture and accessory placement
• Conduct research on design trends, materials, and products to assist in the design process
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

The skills and traits important for this position are:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Offer creative and innovative ideas to projects
• Thrive in a face paced environment
• Successfully manage multiple projects at the same time
• Reliable transportation
• Experienced in Adobe Suite, Google Sketch Up, Revit, AutoCad or similar design programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalent

We offer

This is a full-time, on-site position that offers competitive compensation based upon experience. Benefits also include paid time off and paid holidays. This position does not offer a relocation package.
