Job Description:

• Minimum 10+ years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environment

• At least 5 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience as developer Dev lead

• Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably Java Scripts JSON

• Excellent advance understanding and ability to script automated processes

• Agile Scrum methodology Experience

• Hands on experience working within ServiceNow ITAM HAM and SAM

• Excellent exposure to Publisher pack integration

• Excellent understanding of Integration Hub integrating SCCM Tanium COUPA people soft

• Handson experiences integrating ServiceNow with external systems

• Solid knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS

• Portal Scripting in Angular JS

• CSS based UXUI design development

• Understanding of Angular based Client side Server side scripts

• Client Side and Server-Side Scripting i.e. Catalog Client Script Business Rules Script Actions Script Includes etc

• Client and Server APIs i.e. Glide Dialog Window Glide Form Glide Aggregate Glide Record etc

• Handson experience in ITSM Service Level Management Service Catalog Release Management Asset Management CMDB Event Management Orchestration Active Directory integration B2B Integration and Virtual Agent

• Excellent time management organizational skills crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials

• Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical teamwork and customer engagement skills

• Ensures information is accurate and complete Self-motivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administration

• Must be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teams

Certification a plus

• ServiceNow Administration certification

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Various Tracks

• ServiceNow Service Portal Certification
