💻 Software Developer

📍 Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00AM-5PM CST

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain applications that directly support manufacturing operations. From front-end development to backend systems and database optimization, your code will make an immediate impact on safety, efficiency, and productivity.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Develop full-stack software solutions to support plant operations and production teams.
• Design, code, and maintain applications using modern languages and frameworks.
• Work closely with control systems engineers, maintenance teams, and IT to integrate systems.
• Build and maintain internal tools to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
• Assist in maintaining PL/SQL Server databases and optimizing query performance.
• Collaborate with end users to gather feedback and continuously improve software usability.

✅ What You Bring:

• Strong proficiency in C# , .NET , or equivalent object-oriented programming languages.
• Front-end experience with JavaScript , React , Angular , or Blazor is a plus.
• Must have MES - Manufacturing experience
• Must have Strong Oracle DBS experience
• Solid PL/SQL knowledge – able to write, optimize, and troubleshoot queries.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design to deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A desire to work onsite and support critical operations in real time.
