HTG is a growing staffing company based in Lexington, SC. We work with IT leaders to deliver top talent that helps drive results.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle the full recruiting process, build strong client relationships, and help guide junior recruiters. You’ll play a key role in finding top candidates and supporting both our team and our clients.

This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in our Lexington office.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Work closely with account managers to meet client needs.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support their growth.
• Stay current on industry trends and share hiring insights with clients.
• Track key metrics and follow hiring policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Recruiting experience, ideally in a staffing agency.
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• A proven track record in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
