As we expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Supply Chain Assistant to join our team and grow with us.

Position Summary:

This entry-level office associate role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across several facets of a thriving distribution business. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and eager to learn. You’ll support key supply chain functions such as order processing, customer communication, inventory support, and pricing updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer orders in internal systems
• Communicate with business customers via phone and email
• Prepare and send product quotations
• Assist with inventory tracking and price adjustments
• Support internal office operations and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast-paced environment
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Experience in a customer service or office setting is a plus, but not required
