Project Manager III

IntePros is looking for a Project Manager III to work for our Premier Client.

This is an exciting role that will work with the validation and certification of hardware team.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Manage the project life cycle
• Responsible for scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures of project
• Effective communication with team and stakeholders
• Responsible for documentation, leadership, solutions-oriented decision making.
• Problem solving abilities.

Qualification

• 5-7+ years of professional Project Management experience
• Professional experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.

Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager will be a part of a fast-paced program team environment and will be working closely with and under the guidance of the Program Release Manager. This role will be working across different functional areas coordinating release activities and ensuring releases are delivered successfully. You will coordinate administrative duties related to but not limited to: documentation, communications, and ensuring release and deployment plan hand-offs are complete per SLAs and release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Record and report release and deployment request metrics to ensure alignment with SLAs and release schedules.
• Coordinate documentation, communications, and training for releases. Work with teams to ensure final steps of the release and deployment plan are complete.
• Manage and optimize the flow of work product using various tools, such as the Program Boards, Chalk Pages, Kanban Boards, and custom JIRA dashboards
• Combine metrics from teams to a program level reporting view
• Cross application/ department/ function release planning, coordination and execution

• Heavy release scheduling and coordination
• Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Collaborative, excellent communication, holistic view and systems thinker
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
• Self-starter, self-motivated, driven individual
• Learning mindset, organizational skills,
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools
• Experience using JIRA
• Display professional, positive, and approachable attitude/demeanor and discretion
• Ability to speak with people of all backgrounds and expertise, connecting with business leaders and technologist

Education

BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
