Swoon is partnered with a family-oriented distributor of commercial and industrial filtration products, to hire a Warehouse Associate/Driver in Brooklyn Center, MN.

Location: Brooklyn Center, MN (using the company vehicle, 3 days of travel required, 1-2 hours away to customer sites)

Hours: Mon-Fri 6:00 am start

Compensation: $20-$22/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to customer sites 3 days/week, traveling 1–2 hours to restock and maintain inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse
• Operate a forklift, dolly, or hand truck to move materials
• Follow safety procedures and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Assist with light production and assembly tasks

What You Bring:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle loads up to 250 lbs with a hand truck
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
