About the role:

The Warehouse Specialist is a key member of the Operations team responsible for managing the receipt, inventory, stocking, and distribution of parts and finished goods in the warehouse. This role involves both physical and administrative responsibilities, including accurate data entry, inventory control, and order fulfillment. The Warehouse Specialist supports the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse by ensuring inventory accuracy, meeting shipping deadlines, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders or packing slips
  • Stock and organize parts and finished goods in accordance with company procedures and storage systems
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer and field orders accurately and on time
  • Perform routine and scheduled cycle counts; participate in year-end physical inventory
  • Monitor product expiration dates and remove or quarantine outdated items as needed
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Accurately enter data into ERP and shipping systems (e.g., UPS/FedEx software, NetSuite or similar)
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies; assist in investigating and resolving issues
  • Support the planning and movement of materials to improve efficiency and flow
  • Follow all established SOPs, safety protocols, and quality system requirements
  • Participate in cross-training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of warehouse procedures
  • Support team members and collaborate with other departments including Customer Service, Asset Management, and Quality

Experience and Education

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) required
  • Familiarity with FedEx/UPS software and shipping procedures preferred
  • Experience in the medical device industry or a regulated warehouse environment is a plus

Compensation

Pay range: $21/hr.
