Job Title – Wireless / Microwave Specialist

Location – Midland, TX (Onsite / Field-based)

Role Type – Direct Hire

Must Have Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience with wireless and microwave communications systems
• Strong hands-on skills installing, configuring, and troubleshooting microwave links and networks
• Ability to manage small project teams and multiple jobs simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail; able to complete accurate field reports

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Lead or support the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of wireless and microwave systems for industrial and oil & gas clients
• Supervise 2–3 field technicians per project in a field leadership capacity
• Coordinate multiple concurrent jobs, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
• Perform minimal tower work (mostly from man baskets and elevated platforms up to 300 ft)
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure project alignment and safety compliance
• Produce accurate, timely field documentation and system reports
• Maintain and operate company-provided tools, vehicles, and safety gear
• Start work daily at 7:00 AM with variable end times; 40 hours/week guaranteed with overtime available
• Remain local to Midland area – home every night with minimal travel required
