We will hire you as a paid trainee and provide on-the-job training to help you build the skills needed to become a licensed insurance agent. What You'll Do

• Receive on-the-job paid training to develop a deep understanding of insurance products and sales strategies.
• Educate and empower customers by helping them understand their insurance needs and coverage options.
• Drive sales and build strong relationships with clients.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, working independently or as part of a team.
• Work with top-rated insurance carriers to generate leads and earn performance-based incentives.

What We’re Looking For

• A charismatic and motivated individual who enjoys connecting with people.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish to connect with our diverse customer base.
• A team player who is eager to learn and grow within the company.
