About Us:
Brite Star Lighting has been servicing Ventura County and beyond for over 20 years. We provide professional lighting for both residential and commercial customers. We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Light Installers to join our team for the holiday season.

Overview: You will be responsible for installing decorative lighting and holiday displays for residential and commercial properties, ensuring a festive atmosphere for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation: Safely install lights and decorations according to design specifications, including roofs, trees, and landscaping.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism.
Dismantling: Carefully remove and pack lights and decorations after the holiday seasons.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
Ability to work at heights and comfortable using ladders and lifts.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the holiday season.
Reliable transportation.
Previous experience in light installation or a related field is a plus.
Basic electrical knowledge is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Excellent mobility and agility for navigating high roofs and difficult positions.
Ability to stand, climb, and kneel for extended periods.
