Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Marketing Intern to support the promotion and content of the Manufacturing Summit and Construction Expo. This internship runs from mid-July to late October 2025, covering the entire event cycle. Interns who complete the internship through the duration of the summit will receive a competitive stipend.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the Manufacturing Summit and Construction Expo across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and schedule social media content to engage target audiences, including industry professionals and exhibitors.
• Support the coordination of promotional materials, such as flyers, email newsletters, and event signage.
• Conduct outreach to potential attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors to drive event participation.
• Assist with on-site event logistics, including registration, attendee engagement, and vendor coordination during the summit.
• Compile post-event feedback and analyze marketing campaign performance to provide insights for future events.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a bachelor or mater’s degree program, preferably in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp).
• Good understanding of popular AI tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Internship Details

• Duration : Mid-July 2025 to Late October 2025 (covering the full event cycle of the Manufacturing Summit and Construction Expo)
• Location : Cedar Park, Remote
• Hours : 15 hours. 40 ours during the summit weeks
• Compensation : Competitive stipend provided upon successful completion of the internship through the entire summit duration
