Material Handler

Location: Florence, KY

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Monday - Friday, 2:15 p.m. - 10:45 p.m.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our team in Florence, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our manufacturing facility. You will play a key part in supporting our production operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to load, unload, and transport materials and products.
• Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory systems.
• Assist with cycle counts, receiving, and shipping activities.
• Ensure all materials are correctly labeled, stored, and organized.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Collaborate with other teams to support overall operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience (6+ months) in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Forklift certification is a plus , but training may be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working in various temperature environments.
