Job Title: Part-Time Production Shop Team Member

Hours: Regular, part-time schedule during our Day Shift, approximately 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday. More hours may be required during busier times of the year, and less hours may be required during our slower seasons. A schedule will be provided 1-2 weeks in advance if changes to the normal schedule will occur, otherwise expect a fairly regular weekly schedule.

Compensation: $16-$17 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

This is a Flex position and responsibilities will vary from day to day.

• Duties will include:
• Assist our current production staff in fulfilling our customer orders
• Sorting and counting apparel products
• Quality checking of finished products
• Packaging finished orders and preparing orders for delivery/shipping
• Heat Pressing operations
• Digital Printing operations
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to use a computer and web-browser based software to track daily tasks
• Must be able to pick up boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to use a ladder to organize bins/boxes on shelving.
• Must be able to help pack large orders in a van.
