Recruiting Coordinator – Chicago, IL

What You’ll Do

• Own high-volume interview scheduling across phone, video, and in-person formats.
• Partner with recruiters to manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools.
• Communicate directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring leaders.
• Track candidate activity, collect feedback, and keep searches moving smoothly.
• Build processes (like candidate trackers and communication templates) that improve efficiency.
• Support special projects within recruiting and HR.

Compensation & Career Path

• Contract rate: $31–$35/hr (40 hrs/week, no overtime).
• Converting $75K–$90K annual salary with benefits.
