Shift Supervisor – Night Shift

Location: Reading, PA

Schedule: Full-Time, Primarily Day Shift (some flexibility required)

Type: Direct Hire

Are you someone who enjoys leading a team and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor to join our team in Reading, PA. This role will oversee second shift operations and help support overall plant performance. If you have leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support your team during the shift
• Coordinate shift-to-shift communication and operations
• Collaborate with other departments including Quality and Shipping
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure production goals are met
• Provide coaching, feedback, and evaluations for team members
• Maintain knowledge of key production systems and tools
• Support plant initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Occasionally provide coverage for night shifts when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, as many team members are Spanish-speaking
• Timekeeping and scheduling experience preferred
