Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Recruiter in SeaTac, WA

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - SeaTac, WA 98198

Pay rate: $45-$50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee company-wide talent acquisition strategies.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Drive employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor recruitment teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and recruitment partners.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of recruitment experience, hired for analyst and buyer roles experience, technical recruitment is a plus.
• Strong expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, and executive recruiting.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and recruitment analytics.
